About Us

Local Businesses

Close to beaches, convenient access to Interstate 95, pet friendly and a large fenced yard are some of the reasons this spacious home can be the perfect base for your next south Florida vacation or seasonal visit.  Inside:  two large bedrooms, two full baths, vaulted ceiling and designer kitchen; Outside: private fenced yard, off-street parking for up to 3 cars, all shaded by mature mango trees, some of which are a century old.  Peaceful and private, recently renovated and ready for your family, including the four-legged members.

The home has been in our family for over 30 years, and has been meticulously cared for throughout our ownership.  The house was constructed in 1982 by a custom home builder, designed by his mother-in-law who was an accomplished painter and artist.  The flow of the house makes it a pleasure to live in, and the quality of construction is second to none.

The mango trees on our property are remnants of an orchard planted by pioneers that settled in this area in the late 1800s.  As the city became developed in the 50s and 60s, most of the trees were cut down to make way for streets and houses.  Our property was among the last to be developed, and the trees were preserved due to their beauty and significance (not to mention their delicious fruit!).
